Recent Achievements

Knox for Liberty volunteers continue to champion faith, family, and freedom:

· Our Membership and Recruitment teams held our April meetup at Creekside Great Food Great Vibes. Thanks to everyone who came out for great conversations with your fellow patriots. Details on the May meetup are below.

· Our Government team has been watching and reporting on the re-vote (hmmm) on Advance Knox in Farragut, where it passed 3 - 2. That means the need for people with a spine to run for office and for the rest of us to help get them elected is bigger than ever.

· Our Marketing team has been busy making videos, social posts and website updates to inform you about the Tennessee legislative session (download the final summary). Huge thanks to everyone who shared the calls to action and contacted their legislators this session. Also, be sure to update your settings on Instagram to see all of our posts!

· Our Leadership Team is working with other patriot leaders in the Tennessee Constitutional Grassroots Coalition (TCGC) on our 2024 Freedom Fest. The tentative date is September 28, so please mark your calendar. Talk to Tracey via [email protected] if you know a good place for it or would like to volunteer. AND, the TCGC website is now live! Please tell all your friends and help us find other groups in surrounding counties.

Upcoming Events

Fox and Friends will be at Scrambled Jakes on Thursday, May 2, starting at 6AM. If you are an interested early bird, show up in your Knox for Liberty shirt and let’s see if we can get on TV!

Some of our TCGC partners are participating with Patriot Church and Concerned Citizens for Fair Elections for a monthly Prayer Service for our country and for the upcoming elections. Patriot Church is hosting the service the first Monday of each month now through November at 270 Hickman St, Lenoir City from 6-7pm. The next service is May 6.

Come out to the next Knox County School Board meeting, May 9, at 500 W Summit Hill Drive at 5PM. Moms for Liberty will be pushing back against the porn aimed at our kids. We’ve also heard board members will bring a resolution to stop specially trained teachers with concealed firearms from using the newly passed legislation to protect students in our schools.

We’ll be helping people register to vote and learn more about our group on Saturday, May 11 at the Expo car show. Please email Jesse at [email protected] if you can help out at our booth for a couple of hours that day.

Mark your calendar and join us Monday, May 13, for the KFL monthly meeting at 6706 Central Avenue Pike. Meet and greet starts at 6:30pm and the meeting starts at 7:00. This month, our featured speaker will be Tennessee State Representative Jason Zachary, so bring your questions about the legislative session.

On Friday, May 17, we’ll have our next KFL Meetup at Schulz Brau Brewing Company, starting at 6PM. It’s a family-friendly and dog-friendly venue, so come out and bring a friend.

Support us!

If you like what we do and want to enable us to keep doing it, make a donation online or at our next meeting. Our volunteers are extremely dedicated, but we need your help to pay for items like decorations for our participation in Independence Day and Christmas parades around Knox County.
