God Is on The Move
It’s almost time for the Pray4TN prayer event at the Knox County Courthouse. PLEASE contact your pastor and all your friends and ask them to meet you there. If you can’t make it to the courthouse on July 3rd, please join us in praying from wherever you are at that time. You can also participate in other prayers happening all around the state. Just go to pray4tn.us to see the schedule for each county. Share this information everywhere! God is opening doors for Tennessee to lead the country in our return to common sense, sanity, and one nation under Him. We need to recognize and take the opportunity to Make America Prayerful Again.

Happy Independence Day
May we be brave enough and bold enough to protect our faith, family, and freedom. Happy 249th Birthday, America! God Bless the USA!
KFL Meeting Monday
Our next meeting is July 7th @ 7pm at 6706 Central Avenue Pike. Doors open at 6:30pm to socialize with old friends and make some new ones. This month’s speaker will be David Seal, who will be discussing property rights. We also expect some city council candidates, including Jeff Talman and Doug Lloyd. Bring some friends and join us!

Time to Roar
Please take these opportunities to get involved in Knox County and make your voice heard.
July 10th @ 5pm, Summer Place Building, 500 W. Summit Hill Dr. Knox County School Board will meet for their regular monthly meeting.
July 28th@ 5pm, Main Assembly Room of the City-Council Building, 400 Main St SW. Knox County Commission will hold their regular monthly meeting. If you ever questioned whether your vote means anything, pay attention to what happens in local meetings. For instance, research the recent appointment of commissioners to the Richard L. Bean Juvenile Service Center.
There were 5 positions to be filled on the center’s board. The County Commissioners appointed (insert drum roll here) 4 County Commissioners. Yep. You read that correctly. They elected themselves to the board, then became upset when Judge Tim Irwin appointed Commissioner Rhonda Lee, who is also a criminal defense attorney, as the 5th board member and the only Conservative. In addition, the Compass reported that Commissioner Gina Oster said she was surprised by Judge Irwin’s choice. From the Compass: Oster said, “My point in recommending the board that I did was to try to be the least political that we could, and I tried to have a broad spectrum of different ideas and personalities and thoughts on something that we haven’t ever done before.” That sounds suspiciously like DEI. Nothing about qualifications or experience. ALL 5 are elected officials, aka politicians. You can’t make this stuff up. Who you elect matters. Remember that when election season rolls around.
TCGC Freedom Fest
We’re about 95 days away from our annual event, and it gets more exciting every day. We have the majority of our food trucks locked in, but we still have openings for vendor and organization booth space. The deadline for reserving a space is August 30th. You can find forms for reserving a booth space or becoming a sponsor on our website at tcgc1776.org. Also, don’t forget to purchase your tickets now to get the best prices. Early bird tickets are available until July 31st.

Coalition Update
We are still searching for like-minded grassroots groups across Tennessee, as well as affiliate organizations. We can also assist those who want to create a group in their county. If you know of a conservative grassroots group that may be interested in joining us, please reach out to us at [email protected].
