The 2024 Legislative Session is almost over! This could be the last week, but you still have opportunities to take action. Check out our updated 2024 Legislation Summary and the calls to action below to make your voice heard.

Even though the session will be over, the Tennessee Constitutional Grassroots Coalition (TCGC) will still be hard at work protecting our faith, family, and freedom.  You can follow the coalition on our YouTube and Rumble channels. Bills for Immediate Action

HB1183/SB0503 Education Integrity - This is an entitlement program masquerading as “school choice”. Don’t allow the government to take over our private and home schools. OPPOSE these bills by contacting the Senate Finance Ways & Means Committee before April 23. You can also use the Tennessee Stands response tool.

HB1727/SB1587 Child Protection – Criminalizes knowingly leaving children with a sexual offender. SUPPORT these bills by contacting your House Rep now. The House will schedule the vote soon.

HB1899/SB2025 Child Protection – Authorizes schools to hire retired Law Enforcement Officers and veterans to protect our schools as resource officers. SUPPORT these bills by contacting the Senate Education Committee now. The vote may be scheduled soon. You can also use the Tennessee Stands response tool.

HB2094/SB1861 Limited Government – Limits Executive power during declarations of disaster or emergency. SUPPORT these bills by contacting the Senate Finance Ways & Means Committee before April 23.
